The things traders ask us most.

Window cleaners first, and any trade that works a round: gutters and fascias, ovens, bins, gardens, driveways. If you visit the same customers every few weeks and get paid after you've been, it's built for you.
No, but there's no contract either. You pay monthly and can cancel any time. Our first 200 customers get half price for their first 2 months, and if you refer another trader you both get a month free.
The phone app runs your day. The dashboard, in any web browser on a laptop or tablet, is where you add customers, import, and see the books. It's one login for both.
When you tap Done they get an email with a pay link. They can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (through Stripe), or by Pay by Bank or Direct Debit (through your own GoCardless account). Cash and cheque are one tap to mark as paid. The money goes to you. WorkWise adds no fee on top; Stripe and GoCardless charge their usual fees.
No. Connect the GoCardless account you already have and your Direct Debits carry on. Your customers don't sign anything new, and WorkWise makes sure nobody is charged by two apps at once.
100 texts a month are included and emails are free. If you need more texts you can buy a pack. Reminders work on silence: customers only reply if the day doesn't suit, and any reply waits for you to decide.
No. WorkWise isn't VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay: Rounds and Lite are £35 a month each and £59 for both, and Pro plans are the prices on the Pro pricing page.
Yes, for a round with a few people on it. Add each person who logs in for £10 a month; helpers who don't need a login are free. If you run a bigger company that sends jobs out to lots of workers or subcontractors, WorkWise Pro is built for that.
